Pump-house installed in Spring 2007. Power in the pump house. Ride-on mower (small one under tarp) included in sale – not the larger one also parked there (belongs to PT).

Grapes – Cabernet Foch (red), 50% of rows: Cabernet Libre (red), 50% of rows – bred for cool climate ripening by Swiss specialist vine grower. Planted in Spring 2007 . Very disease resistant 1 and require little or no spraying for mildew etc. Vineyard installed and maintained well.
